Andrew Joseph FTW!

The Raptors are coming off a huge Game 3 win over the Cavaliers, but that didn’t stop DeMar DeRozan from having some trouble entering Air Canada Centre.

According to Cleveland.com’s Chris Haynes, DeRozan was stopped by arena security on Sunday ahead of an interview with ESPN’s Doris Burke.

The guard had to call for backup in an attempt to identify the Raptors guard.

DeMar DeRozan arrives at ACC for interview w/ Doris Burke. Upon entering, security stopped him, asking if he worked here. She called backup.

While arena security should probably be able to identify a Raptors star player, wouldn’t it just be easier if players had ID badges to enter the arena?

Eventually, DeRozan was able to enter the arena.

Once backup arrived and saw it was DeMar DeRozan and Kyle Lowry on the court, he said to his colleague, "That's our two best players."
